BEST EGGLESS SCRAMBLED
We already gave you a solution for vegan omelette and pavlova. BUT! There are even more ways to veganise eggs. Used to love everything egg, but feel that in 2019 you just have to go eggless? Good move! We are proud of ya and here to give full support. This recipe is ready to compete with your classic scrambled eggs. By using silken tofu you’ll end up with the same sort of creamy, silky texture. And by adding some kala namak people won’t even tell you didn’t use an egg at all! This aromatic black rock salt tastes – eggxaclty – like eggs. It bizarrely even has the same funky, sulphury smell. Sounds gross, but when combined with silken smooth tofu you end up with the best scrambled you can imagine.

MAD SMOOTHIE HEAD
In 2018 we created MAN.EAT.PLANT…which not only became a book, but also a blog and most of all a signal to the world. Our aim was to redefine masculinity by showing that a true warrior lives and breathes kindness powered by plants. In the book we not only presented the most delicious umami-bombed veggies, we also portrayed 10 inspiring and vigorous souls. Soon after the book got published it was predicted that 2019 would be the year of masculine plant powered foods. Indeed we believe this year is the year that heart and mind will come together creating a force of kindness and breaking up all paradigms so the light can enter. So we thought it would be appropriate that our first recipe of 2019 would be a cool and smooth mix of new years resolutions (stand up for those in need) and statements (vegan is the future) blended into the best food for body and brain you can think of.
Happy New Year dear folks! Make 2019 count for the sake of the animals, this earth and your own self.
