If you’re into Asian food, this one is a winner for you. It’s a winner anyway. So many ultra flavourful veggies and bright colours. This dish has a glorious (but really manageable) burn caused by fiery Korean brothers kimchi & sriracha. So good!

This dish launches a cannon of irresistible flavours. The soft taste of sweet potato combines fantastically with the velvety eggplant and spice guerilla’s. This all together creates an ultimate ready-to-devoure serving of comfort food. Serve with couscous and chickpeas, a smooth potato mash or fried oyster mushrooms.

This gorgeous wellington made from pieces of vegan chicken and stuffed with rich and divine ingredients is a real centerpiece. Classic carrots and pommes duchesse bring up all the good nostalgic feelings about what a Christmas meal should be like! If you’re worried about your schedule, you can ease the work by preparing some elements a day ahead, like the wellington (the flavours will even get better after a day!), and pommes duchesse. Just bake them for another few minutes in a hot oven before serving. This course is a crowd pleaser!

No need to stuff a bird to celebrate TG. Nothing thankful about that. Stuff pumpkins instead! They are made to be stuffed, right? So man up and butcher that orange bastard (but while doing so, don’t forget to indulge it with love and kindness). Serve with spiced up lentil sausages and a nice wintery salad.

Wrap that kale up! This recipe will satisfy your savoury taste buds. There’s a nice textural thing going on, and the flavours are complex. Perfect for lunch or a quick dinner!

Mac & cheese, an all time favorite. No animal cheese of course, that’s soooo last season. Plant cheese is da sjit. We made this version with a rich and cheesy walnut and cauliflower sauce. The guerilla shiitake ‘bacon’ hidden between two layers of creamy pasta goodness will release a flavor attack as soon as they hit your mouth. Soak the walnuts overnight for the best result. You can use rejuvelac, bread drink or vinegar diluted with water as soaking liquid for extra pungent flavor. Enjoy!

No animal slaughter is needed for a roasty rack or for anything for that matter. You can make racks by butchering a pumpkin instead. Do it nicely though ;-). Serve with a green (arugula) salad and a grain/bean stew or just some good old mashed potatoes.
